【研究简介】

本课题组从事针对重要呼吸道病原相关的疫苗研发,并以此为基础进行底层免疫机制探索,尤其聚焦于呼吸道黏膜免疫诱导和效应机制,探索黏膜免疫细胞动态调控共性规律,指导疫苗理性设计,开发黏膜靶向的新型病毒载体,以期获得更安全、更高效、更广谱、更持久的疫苗。
