崔杰，复旦大学感染与健康研究院研究员，博士生导师，研究组长，上海感染与免疫科技创新中心PI。崔杰研究员主要从事病毒演化、内源性逆转录病毒、病毒组研究领域，曾入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2022、2023、2024），为爱思唯尔中国高被引学者（2022、2023、2024）。迄今为止已发表SCI论文80篇，引用>15000 余次，H 因子 37。研究成果多次被 Nature，Science，F1000 等选为研究亮点。实验室获国自然、科技部、中科院等资助。担任《Research》、《iMeta》、《Virologica Sinica》副主编，并加入《National Science Review》编委。

Research Interests: Prof. Jie Cui is a researcher at the Institute of Infection and Health, Fudan University, is a doctoral supervisor and research group leader. His research mainly focuses on virus evolution, endogenous retroviruses, and virome studies. He has been listed on the Global Top 2% Scientists List (2022, 2023, 2024). He is also an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher (2022, 2023, 2024). To date, he has published over 80 papers with more than 15,000 citations and an H-index of 37. His research achievements have been highlighted multiple times by Nature, Science, and F1000. His laboratory was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as the Associate Editor of Research, iMeta, and Virologica Sinica, and joined the editorial board of National Science Review.
